Houseparents - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Two-person, full-time Flex Houseparents live on campus at Milton Hershey School to care for and mentor a group of 8–13 students. Responsibilities include supervising and guiding students, managing household routines and schedules, administering medications and ensuring wellness, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, overseeing budgeting and household reporting, and supporting students initially across multiple homes before transitioning to a Placed Houseparent role with the same group of students. The role requires a legally married couple, both spouses aged 27 or older, with a high school diploma or GED, a U.S. driver’s license, the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and a commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus. Relocation assistance and paid training are provided; salary is $44,768 per person, totaling approximately $168,000 per couple including housing and benefits.
