Houseparents - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Two-person, married-couple role serving as Full-time Flex Houseparents on an on-campus campus, residing in student homes to supervise and mentor 8–13 students, manage daily routines, administer medications, transport students to activities, lead daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, oversee budgeting and reporting, and Progress to a Placed Houseparent role living with the same group of students. Requires a high school diploma or GED, valid US driver’s license, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and willingness to relocate to live on campus (Hershey, PA) with comprehensive benefits and relocation assistance. This is a full-time, two-person position intended for legally married couples, with nine days on/three days off initially and eventual transition to a permanent houseparent assignment.
