Job Summary
Houseparents live on-campus in student homes as Full-time Flex Houseparents, a two-person role for legally married couples, providing daily supervision, mentorship, medication administration, transportation to activities, development and recreational planning, daily devotions, Chapel attendance, budgeting, and transitioning to a Placed Houseparent with the same group of students; compensation per person is $44,768 with relocation assistance and comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, vision, retirement, and paid time off.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
Additional Requirements
- Two-spouse couples only, both spouses must complete individual employment applications
- Must be legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses age 27 or older
- Valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- No more than three dependent children in home
- Commitment to smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol on duty
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs
