Job Summary
Two-person Full-time Flex Houseparent role for married couples living in on-campus student homes (8–13 students). Responsibilities include daily supervision and mentorship, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, overseeing budgeting and reporting, and transitioning to a Placed Houseparent with a consistent student-home assignment. Work schedule starts with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with relocation to Hershey, PA noted and on-campus housing provided. Benefits include salary per person, comprehensive medical/dental/vision, retirement plans, relocation assistance, and paid time off. Requires experience with youth, high school diploma or GED, valid driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and capability for religious activities within policy; both spouses must apply and be age 27+.
