Houseparents - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Two-person, married-couple role for Full-time Flex Houseparents at Milton Hershey School. The couple will reside in on-campus student homes to supervise 8–13 students, provide mentorship, administer medications, drive students to activities, plan developmental/recreational activities, lead daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, oversee budgeting and reporting, and transition from nine days on / three days off to a placed houseparent arrangement. Requires high school diploma or GED, valid U.S. driver’s license, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and a commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus. Both spouses must be legally married for at least two years and be 27 or older; relocation assistance and paid training provided; benefits include medical, dental, vision, retirement, PTO, and housing/utilities on duty.
