Job Summary
Two-person, full-time Flex Houseparents live on-campus in student homes and provide care, guidance, supervision, and support for approximately 8–13 students. Responsibilities include daily supervision and mentorship, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, transporting students to activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, budgeting and household reporting, and planning developmental/recreational activities. Schedule starts with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual transition to a placed houseparent role living with the same student group. Requires a high school diploma or GED and experience with youth; must be legally married (two spouses) for at least two years, both spouses aged 27+, valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to drive student vans, and ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Includes relocation assistance and paid training, plus comprehensive benefits.
