Houseparents - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Two-person, Full-time Flex Houseparent role at Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA (on-campus homes) for married couples. Responsibilities include supervising a group of 8–13 students, supervising routines, administering medications, driving to activities, planning and leading developmental/recreational activities, leading devotions and Sunday Chapel, budgeting and reporting, and transitioning from a nine-days-on/three-days-off schedule to a placed houseparent with a consistent student home assignment. Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, ability to lift 50 lbs, valid driver’s license with ability to become certified to drive student vans, commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus, and both spouses must be legally married for at least two years and aged 27 or older. Benefits include salary per person (~$46,917) with total compensation for a couple (~$180,000), relocation assistance, comprehensive health benefits, paid time off, and training.
