Houseparents - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Two-person, full-time Flex Houseparents living on campus in Hershey, PA, will supervise and mentor a group of 8–13 students in a home-like setting, manage daily routines and student schedules, administer medications, drive students to activities, plan and engage in developmental and recreational activities, lead daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, oversee budgeting and reporting, and transition to a Placed Houseparent in the same student home. The role requires a legally married couple for at least two years, with both spouses aged 27 or older, and includes relocation assistance and comprehensive benefits. Must have a high school diploma or GED, a valid U.S. driver’s license, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Prohibited on campus: alcohol consumption; campus is smoke-free and weapon-free. Prostate proselytizing is prohibited; the environment emphasizes Judeo-Christian practices. For consideration, both spouses must complete individual applications.
