Job Summary
Full-time Flex Houseparents reside on-campus in a two-person married couple role, supervising and mentoring a group of approximately 8–13 students in a home-like environment. Responsibilities include daily supervision, medication administration, driving students to activities, planning and participating in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, overseeing budgeting and reporting, and maintaining a structured routine. The schedule starts with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual placement into a single student-home setting. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Two spouses must be legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Comfort leading students in daily devotions and Sunday Chapel
- Demonstrated integrity and professionalism; role model for students
- Relocation assistance and paid training provided
- This is a two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years
