Houseparents - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Houseparents needed as Full-time Flex Houseparents for Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA, living in on-campus student homes with groups of 8–13 students. Responsibilities include daily supervision and mentorship, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and overseeing budgeting and reporting. Schedule starts with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual placement as a Houseparent living with the same students.
