Houseparents - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Houseparents - two-person, married-couple, on-campus live-in role in Hershey, PA. Full-time Flex Houseparents reside in student homes and provide supervision, mentorship, and guidance for about 8–13 students. Responsibilities include supervising daily routines, managing schedules, administering medications, driving to activities, planning and leading developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and overseeing budgeting and household reporting. Initial schedule is nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual placement in a single student home.
