Job Summary
Full-time Flex Houseparents (two-person, married couples) reside on campus in a student home in Richmond Heights, OH, supervising and mentoring 8–13 students, administering medications, driving to activities, planning developmental/recreational events, leading daily devotions and chapel, and handling budgeting and reporting. The role starts with a nine-on, three-off duty cycle, then transitions to a placed houseparent living with the same group of students. Relocation assistance is provided and compensation per person is $44,768 annually, with comprehensive benefits.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- Valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Experience working or volunteering with youth
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs.
