Job Summary
Two-person, full-time Flex Houseparent role on Milton Hershey School campus in Hershey/Farrell, PA. Couples (legally married) live in student homes, supervise 8–13 students, provide care, supervision, mentorship, and coordinate daily routines, devotions, transportation, activities, budgeting, and reporting. Schedule starts with nine days on duty followed by three days off, then progression to a placed houseparent in the same student home. Benefits include housing, meals on duty, health/dental/vision, retirement options, PTO, and relocation assistance. Both spouses must complete individual applications to be considered.
