Job Summary
Two-person Full-time Flex Houseparent role at Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA. Couples reside in on-campus student homes to supervise and support 8–13 students, providing mentorship, daily routines, medication administration, transportation to activities, and leadership in devotions and chapel. After initial nine days on / three days off, the role transitions to Placed Houseparent living with the same group of students. Includes relocation to Hershey, PA, comprehensive benefits, paid training, and relocation assistance.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Two-year married duration
- Both spouses age 27 or older
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Proficiency in leading devotions and chapel services
- No alcohol on duty
- Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus
- No more than three dependent children in the home
Additional Requirements
- Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years
- Must complete individual employment applications
