Job Summary
Two-person, full-time Flex Houseparent role for married couples living on campus at Milton Hershey School. Couples reside in student homes, supervise approximately 8–13 students, provide guidance, supervise daily routines, administer medications, drive students to activities, lead devotions and Sunday Chapel, oversee budgeting and reporting, and transition to a placed houseparent arrangement. Schedule initially alternates nine consecutive days on duty with three days off; compensation per person is $44,768 with comprehensive benefits and relocation assistance. Requires on-campus residence, on-site supervision duties, and a strong commitment to youth development within a Judeo-Christian setting.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years
- Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol permitted while on duty
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs
- Experience working or volunteering with youth
