Houseparents for Milton Hershey School in a Full-time Flex Houseparent role. A two-person, married-couple position residing in on-campus student homes to supervise and support 8–13 students, including daily supervision, mentorship, activities planning, devotions, medications administration, budgeting, and driving students to activities. Initially rotating nine days on / three days off, with eventual placement into a stable houseparent assignment. Requires both spouses to complete individual applications; relocation to on-campus housing is provided along with comprehensive benefits.
