Houseparents - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Houseparents (Full-time Flex) live on-campus in student homes and jointly care for a group of approx. 8–13 students, providing supervision, mentorship, and support to foster academic, emotional, and social development. Responsibilities include daily supervision, administering medications, coordinating transportation to activities, planning and engaging in developmental/recreational activities, leading daily devotions, and supervising budgeting and reporting. Schedule begins with a nine-days-on, three-days-off cycle with eventual placement into a fixed student-home assignment. The role requires two spouses who are legally married for at least two years, both aged 27+, and a valid U.S. driver’s license with the ability to become certified to drive student vans. On-campus housing and comprehensive benefits are included, along with relocation assistance. Proselytizing is prohibited, and the campus is smoke- and weapon-free. High school diploma or GED is required, and applicants must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. To be considered, both spouses must complete individual employment applications.
