Houseparents - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Married couples are hired as Full-time Flex Houseparents at Milton Hershey School to reside in on-campus student homes and care for groups of 8–13 students. Responsibilities include daily supervision, mentorship, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, overseeing budgeting and household reporting, and transitioning from nine days on / three days off to a placed Houseparent role living with the same student group.
