Houseparents - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Two-person, Full-time Flex Houseparents needed at Milton Hershey School to live in on-campus student homes and care for 8–13 students. Responsibilities include daily supervision and mentorship, managing routines and schedules, administering medications, transporting students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and chapel attendance, budgeting, and household reporting. The role initially supports multiple student homes on a rotating nine-on/three-off schedule, with eventual placement into a single student home. Qualifications include experience with youth, a legally married status for both spouses, age 27+, good driving credentials, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
