Houseparents - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Houseparents needed for Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA (relocation required). A two-person, married-couple role serving as Full-time Flex Houseparents to reside in on-campus student homes, provide care, guidance, supervision, and a structured family-like environment for ~8–13 students. Responsibilities include daily supervision, mentorship, managing routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning developmental/recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, overseeing budgeting and reporting. Initial schedule is nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off; later transitioning to a placed Houseparent role with ongoing care for the same group.
