Houseparents - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Two-person, full-time Flex Houseparents reside in on-campus student homes at Milton Hershey School, providing daily supervision, mentorship, and care for a group of approximately 8–13 students. Responsibilities include supervising routines, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and overseeing budgeting and household reporting. The role follows a nine-on, three-off duty cycle during the initial period, with eventual placement into a single househome for ongoing care. This position requires a legally married couple, both spouses aged 27 or older, and the ability to meet housing and campus policies (smoke-free and weapon-free campus; pet restrictions).
