Job Summary
Two-person full-time Flex Houseparent role for married couples residing in on-campus student homes to supervise 8–13 students, providing care, guidance, and structured routines, including supervision, transportation to activities, devotional participation, budgeting oversight, and transition to a placed houseparent. Responsibilities include daily supervision and mentorship, managing routines and student schedules, administering medications, planning and leading developmental and recreational activities, and overseeing household reporting. Requires a high school diploma or GED, valid U.S. driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and commitment to a smoke- and weapon-free campus; couples must be legally married for at least two years and both spouses must be 27 or older. Relocation assistance is provided; salary is approximately $46,917 per person (about $180,000 total per couple with benefits).
