Houseparents - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Full-time Flex Houseparents for Milton Hershey School reside in on-campus student homes, supervise and mentor a group of 8–13 students, manage household routines, administer medications, transport students to activities, plan and participate in developmental and recreational activities, lead daily devotions, and oversee budgeting and reporting. The role shifts from nine consecutive days on duty with three days off to a placed Houseparent with the same student group, focusing on creating a structured, family-like environment that supports academic, emotional, and social development.
