Job Summary
Two-person, married-couple role as Full-time Flex Houseparents at Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA. Responsibilities include supervising and mentoring 8–13 students in on-campus homes, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and chapel outings, and overseeing budgeting and household reporting. The role begins with a nine-on, three-off schedule and can transition to a placed houseparent role living with the same student group. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED (required)
- Valid U.S. driver's license
- Ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Experience working or volunteering with youth
- Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Additional Requirements
- Must be a legally married couple for at least two years

- No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home
- Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol permitted while on duty
- Valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans
