Job Summary
Couples reside on-campus as Full-time Flex Houseparents, caring for a group of 8–13 students in a home environment. Responsibilities include supervising and mentoring students, managing household routines and schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Chapel, and overseeing budgeting and reporting. Initially scheduled for nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual transition to a placed Houseparent role living with the same student group in their own home. Benefits include salary per person, relocation assistance, comprehensive insurance, retirement options, paid time off, and meals/utilities on duty.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Two-person role for married couples (legally married for at least two years)
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Experience working or volunteering with youth
- Proven professionalism and integrity
- Willingness to commit to a structured, on-campus residence with students
- Preference for on-site, full-time employment with rotating duty schedule (nine days on, three off)
