Job Summary
Two-person, on-campus houseparent role at Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA. The couple resides in student homes, provides care, supervision, mentorship, and support for a group of 8–13 students, and leads daily devotions and Sunday Chapel. Responsibilities include supervising daily routines, managing student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, budgeting and household reporting, and following a 9-on/3-off duty cycle before transitioning to a placed houseparent with the same group of students. Benefits include relocation assistance, paid training, comprehensive health benefits, retirement options, and housing and meals on duty. Qualifications require experience with youth, a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver's license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and two-year married status with both spouses aged 27 or older.
