Houseparents - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Houseparents for Milton Hershey School: Full-time Flex Houseparents for married couples to live in on-campus student homes, supervising 8–13 students, providing guidance, mentoring, and organizing daily routines, activities, and devotions. Responsibilities include supervising and mentoring students, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental/recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and budgeting/household reporting. Schedule begins with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with potential transition to a placed houseparent role living with the same student group. Qualifications require a high school diploma or GED, experience with youth, and a two-person couple who are legally married for at least two years, with both spouses aged 27 or older.
