Houseparents - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Full-time Flex Houseparents (two-person married couple) provide care, guidance, supervision, and support for a group of about 8–13 students in on-campus homes. Responsibilities include daily supervision, mentoring, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, transporting students to activities, planning and participating in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and overseeing budgeting and household reporting. The role begins with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual transition to a Placed Houseparent living and working with the same students in their own home.
