Job Summary
Houseparents live and work in on-campus student homes, providing daily supervision, mentorship, and structured routines for 8–13 students. Responsibilities include supervising and budgeting, administering medications, driving students to activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and transitioning from a Flex Houseparent to a placed Houseparent role. This is a two-person, fully hosted, full-time role with relocation support and a comprehensive benefits package; requires a high school diploma or GED, valid driver’s license, the ability to drive student vans, and a commitment from both spouses (27+ years old) to work as a married couple.
Required Qualifications
- Experience working or volunteering with youth
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Both spouses must complete individual employment applications
- Married for at least two years
- Age 27 or older
