Job Summary
Two-person married couple to reside in on-campus student homes as Full-time Flex Houseparents, providing supervision, mentorship, care, and support for a group of approximately 8–13 students. Responsibilities include daily supervision, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and budgeting/reporting. The role starts with a nine-on/three-off schedule and transitions to a placed houseparent with continued on-site residential duties; relocation to Hershey, PA is provided as part of the package. Required Qualifications
- Experience working or volunteering with youth
- Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs.
- Comfort leading students in daily devotions and attending Judeo-Christian Sunday Chapel
- Willingness to relocate to Hershey, PA
