Job Summary
Houseparents are a full-time on-campus, two-person couple role residing in student homes to supervise and mentor 8–13 students. Responsibilities include daily supervision, managing routines and schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, overseeing budgeting and household reporting, and transitioning from a nine-days-on/three-days-off schedule to a placed houseparent arrangement living with the same group of students. The role includes relocation to Hershey, PA, with relocation assistance and comprehensive benefits. Requires a two-year-married couple, both spouses aged 27 or older, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Two-spouse married for at least two years

- Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol on duty
- Comfort leading daily devotions and Judeo-Christian Sunday Chapel services
