Houseparents - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Two-person, full-time Flex Houseparents needed to reside in on-campus student homes at Milton Hershey School. Responsibilities include daily supervision and mentorship of 8–13 students, managing household routines and schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and leading developmental and recreational activities, conducting daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, overseeing budgeting and household reporting, and transitioning to a placed houseparent role while living with the same group of students. Benefits include a salary of $44,768 per person (approx. $168,000 total per couple with housing and meals), comprehensive health benefits, retirement options, relocation assistance, paid time off, and paid training.
