Job Summary
Two-person Full-time Flex Houseparents live in on-campus student homes, supervise and mentor 8–13 students, manage routines and schedules, administer medications, drive students to activities, lead devotions and Chapel attendance, oversee budgeting and reporting, and transition from a flexible assignment across homes to a fixed student home. The role requires a legally married couple, both aged 27+, with a high school diploma or GED, and willingness to relocate to Hershey, PA (with relocation assistance). Responsibilities include daily supervision, development activities, planning and executing recreational and developmental programs, and ensuring student wellness and safety within a structured, family-like environment.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must complete individual employment applications
Additional Requirements
- Must be legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses age 27 or older
- No more than three dependent children in the student home
- Valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Comfort leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel services (prosletyzation prohibited)
