Job Summary
Couples reside in on-campus student homes as Full-time Flex Houseparents, providing care, supervision, and support for a group of approximately 8–13 students; responsibilities include supervising and mentoring students, managing household routines, administering medications, driving students to activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, budgeting and reporting, and transitioning from a nine-on/three-off schedule to a placed houseparent role with long-term housing in the student home.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Legally married for at least two years
- Age 27 or older for both spouses
- Two-person role for couples
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
Additional Requirements
- Must be married couple applying together
- No alcohol on duty
- Smoke-free and weapon-free campus
- Pet limitations: fish and one dog of approved breeds
