Job Summary
Houseparents (two-person, married-couple) reside on-campus in student homes as Full-time Flex Houseparents, providing daily supervision, mentorship, and guidance to approximately 8–13 students, including supervising routines, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental/recreational activities, leading daily devotions and chapel attendance, and budgeting/household reporting. The role begins with a nine-on/three-off schedule, then transitions to a placed houseparent living with the same group of students. Relocation assistance is provided. Requires high school diploma or GED, valid driver’s license with ability to drive student vans, and being legally married for at least two years with both spouses aged 27 or older. Lifting up to 50 lbs and adherence to a smoke-free, weapon-free campus with no alcohol on duty are required.”,
Required Qualifications

- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Comfort leading students in daily devotions and accompanying them to Judeo-Christian Sunday Chapel services
- Two spouses must be legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Residence on-campus in student homes
- Two-person role for couples
