Houseparents - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Two-person Full-time Flex Houseparents for Milton Hershey School reside in on-campus student homes and supervise 8–13 students, providing guidance, supervision, and care. Responsibilities include daily supervision and mentorship, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and overseeing budgeting and household reporting. Initially, each spouse works a nine-days-on, three-days-off schedule across several homes before transitioning to a placed houseparent role with a permanent student home. Qualifications require experience with youth, a legally married two-year minimum, both spouses aged 27 or older, high school diploma or GED, valid U.S. driver’s license with the ability to become certified to drive student vans, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, comfort leading devotions and chapel services, and compliance with campus rules.
