Job Summary
Houseparents (two-person, legally married couple) sought to relocate to Hershey, PA to live in on-campus student homes at Milton Hershey School and provide care, supervision, and mentorship to groups of 8–13 students. Responsibilities include daily supervision, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Chapel attendance, overseeing budgeting and household reporting, and transitioning from nine-on/three-off scheduling to a placed houseparent setup with the same student group. Requires a high school diploma or GED, valid U.S. driver’s license, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and willingness to relocate with comprehensive benefits including relocation assistance. Required Qualifications
- Experience working or volunteering with youth
- Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years
