Job Summary
Houseparents (Full-time Flex Houseparents) live on-campus in student homes, providing daily supervision, mentorship, and care for 8–13 students. Responsibilities include managing household routines, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and overseeing budgeting and reporting. The role begins with a nine-on / three-off schedule across multiple student homes, with eventual placement in a stable student-home environment.
