Houseparents - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Two-person married couple Full-time Flex Houseparents needed to reside in on-campus student homes at Milton Hershey School, providing care, supervision, and structured family-like routines for 8–13 students. Responsibilities include daily supervision, mentorship, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, transporting students to activities, planning developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, budgeting and household reporting. Initially a nine-on, three-off schedule across multiple homes with eventual placement into a dedicated student home, plus relocation to Hershey, PA with relocation assistance and paid training.
