Job Summary
Houseparents provide daily supervision, mentorship, and guidance for a group of 8–13 students in on-campus homes; responsibilities include supervising routines, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions, and accompanying students to Sunday Chapel. The role is a full-time Flex Houseparent position for two legally married spouses, who reside in on-campus student homes and follow a nine-on, three-off schedule before transitioning to a placed houseparent with the same students. Salary is $44,768 per person (approximately $168,000 total per couple with benefits), with relocation assistance and comprehensive benefits. The position requires high school diploma or GED, both spouses aged 27 or older, valid U.S. driver’s license, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and a commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus with no alcohol on duty.
