Job Summary
Two-person, full-time Flex Houseparents reside on campus in student homes to supervise and mentor 8–13 students, manage household routines, administer medications, drive students to activities, and plan development activities. They lead daily devotions and accompany students to Sunday Chapel, oversee budgeting and household reporting, and transition from nine consecutive days on duty with three days off to a placed houseparent role living with the same group of students. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid U.S. driver’s license, the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and a commitment to a smoke-free, weapon-free campus with no alcohol on duty. It mandates that both spouses be legally married for at least two years and be age 27 or older, with relocation to Hershey, PA included in the offering.
