Houseparents - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Two-person Full-time Flex Houseparent roles at Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA. Married couples reside in on-campus student homes to provide care, guidance, supervision, and support for groups of approximately 8–13 students, with duties including supervision, scheduling student activities, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, budgeting and household reporting. Schedule starts with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, and may transition to a Placed Houseparent living with the same group. Compensation is $44,768 per person (≈$168,000 total per couple) plus comprehensive benefits and relocation assistance. Requires high school diploma or GED, valid U.S. driver’s license, ability to drive student home vans, and being part of a legally married two-person couple age 27+, with commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus and no alcohol on duty. Both spouses must complete individual applications. This role emphasizes youth engagement, mentorship, and a stable, family-like residential environment on campus.
