Houseparents - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Two-person, full-time Flex Houseparent team living on-campus to care for 8–13 students in a student home. Responsibilities include daily supervision and mentorship, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications and ensuring wellness, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, budgeting and household reporting, and supporting students’ academic, emotional, and social development. The role begins with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, and may transition to a Placed Houseparent within the same student home.
