Job Summary
Two-person married-couple role as Full-time Flex Houseparents at Milton Hershey School to reside on-campus, supervise 8–13 students, manage routines and medications, drive students to activities, lead devotions, and manage budgeting; candidates commit to a nine-days-on, three-days-off cycle with potential transition to a placed houseparent role; requires a high school diploma or GED, valid driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and willingness to relocate to join on-campus housing; relocation assistance and comprehensive benefits provided.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
- Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus
- Two-year marriage minimum for both spouses
- Both spouses age 27 or older
- No more than three dependent children in home
