Houseparents - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Houseparents — a full-time, on-campus FLEX houseparent role for married couples at Milton Hershey School. Couples reside in student homes, provide care and guidance to groups of 8–13 students, manage household routines, supervise daily activities, administer medications, drive students to activities, lead devotions and Chapel attendance, and oversee budgeting and reporting. The position begins with a nine-on, three-off duty cycle, with later transition to aPlaced Houseparent role living and working with the same student group. Relocation assistance is provided and compensation includes housing and benefits; spouses must be legally married for at least two years and both must be 27+ years old. A high school diploma or GED is required, with a valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to drive student vans, and the role emphasizes integrity, professionalism, and being a positive role model for students.
