Houseparents - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Houseparents for married couple needed to live on-campus in student homes in Hershey, PA. Full-time flex houseparents supervise a group of 8–13 students, provide care and mentorship, manage household routines and student schedules, administer medications, drive students to activities, plan and participate in developmental and recreational activities, lead daily devotions, and accompany students to Sunday Chapel. Schedule starts with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual transition to a placed houseparent living with the same students. Benefits include salary per person ($46,917) with comprehensive insurance, retirement options, relocation assistance, paid training, and PTO. Requires high school diploma or GED, valid driver’s license and ability to become certified to drive student vans, ability to lift 50 lbs, and a commitment to a safe, alcohol-free, weapon-free campus. Both spouses must apply individually, be legally married for at least two years, and be 27 or older. Prior experience with youth is preferred. Relocation assistance provided.
