Job Summary
Two-person Full-time Flex Houseparents reside on-campus in student homes, provide daily supervision, mentorship, and activities for ~8–13 students, administer medications, drive to activities, lead devotions and chapel, oversee budgeting and reporting, and transition from nine-on/three-off duty to a stable placement with the same group of students. Requires married couple, both spouses 27+, high school diploma or GED, valid driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and willingness to relocate to on-campus housing in Hershey, PA; relocation assistance and comprehensive benefits provided.
Required Qualifications
