Job Summary
Two-person married couple will reside in on-campus student homes in Niles, OH, and provide care, guidance, supervision, and support for a group of approximately 8–13 students. Responsibilities include daily supervision and mentorship, managing household routines and schedules, administering medications, transporting students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and overseeing budgeting and household reporting. The role starts with a nine-on/three-off schedule and transitions to a Placed Houseparent role living with the same group of students. Benefits include salary per person around $46,917, relocation assistance, comprehensive benefits, and paid time off.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Two-spouse requirement: both spouses must complete individual employment applications
- Age 27 or older for both spouses
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Comfort leading daily devotions and chapel services
- Living on-campus in student homes
- Two-person, married-couple role
- Experience with youth preferred
