Houseparents - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Two-person Full-time Flex Houseparent role for married couples to reside on campus in student homes and provide care, guidance, supervision, and structured activities for 8–13 students. Responsibilities include daily supervision, scheduling, medication administration, driving students to activities, planning and leading development/recreational activities, daily devotions, Chapel attendance, budgeting, and household reporting. Schedule starts with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with potential transition to aPlaced Houseparent living with the same group. Relocation assistance provided; salary is $46,917 per person (approx. $180,000 total per couple with benefits). Benefits include medical/dental/vision, HS diploma or GED required, driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and a strict on-campus, faith-aligned environment with no alcohol on duty.
