Houseparents - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Two-person married couple to live in on-campus student homes providing daily supervision, mentorship, medication administration, transportation to activities, planning and actively engaging in developmental and recreational activities with students, leading daily devotions and accompanying students to Sunday Chapel, overseeing budgeting and household reporting. Initially on a nine-days-on/three-days-off schedule, with eventual transition to a Placed Houseparent living with the same group of students in their own home. Requires high school diploma or GED, valid U.S. driver’s license with ability to become certified to drive student vans, physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus. Relocation assistance and paid training provided. Salary is $44,768.00 per person (approximately $168,000 total per couple, including housing and benefits).
